Job Description: Retail Sales Team Member/Pop-Up Event Team Member

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota Headquarters

Duration: Part-Time 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders and prepare products for shipment worldwide
• Answer all customer questions and address concerns while providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers
• Opening and closing of our retail store
• Handle all transactions with accuracy
• Greet and assist customers in an engaging and professional manner
• Maintain current and thorough knowledge of all available products
• Maintain the appearance of all displays, tidying and restocking as needed
• Participate in inventorying, stocking, and ordering as needed
• May be delegated the responsibility of updating and maintaining company social media accounts
• Compliance with company safety protocol and procedures
• Attend Pop-Up Events on behalf of DGPilot

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Must have availability to work weekday and weekend availability for sales shifts and pop-up event shifts
• Must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts per month
• Customer service focused, outgoing personality preferred
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications
• Ability to follow instructions with close attention to detail
• Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Experience with social media preferred
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
