Shipping and Handling

We offer shipping via the USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All orders received will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement as long as the item is in stock. See Business Days policy below for shipping information on Special Order items. Order tracking is provided free of charge for all orders. For estimated shipping times please see below. Orders qualifying for Free Shipping are shipped via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Shipping class for each order is based on the orders total weight. See Shipping Times listed below.

Estimated Shipping Times

First Class Mail (Orders totaling 1lb or less)    1-3 Days

Priority Mail     (Orders totaling 1lb or more)    1-3 Days

UPS Ground                                                     1-5 Days

FedEx Ground                                                  1-5 Days

Priority Mail International                                 6-10 Days

Business Days

We consider business days for shipping purposes to be Monday through Friday. Holidays are excluded as business days. Special order items usually ship 5-10 business days after order placement.

Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with Mail/Freight Carrier tracking information. We want to provide a sense of security as your order makes its way to you!
